Wonderful customer service. Very fast delivery. The Bosch 13H is a great unit, easy to setup. My only criticism is it needs some insect exclusion, the cause of my old Bosch 16H failure.

My hot water died on Friday and i called these guys on Saturday and ordered a replacement unit that got installed on Monday.The Installer Andrew arrived on time as they said and was really pleasant and friendly. Installed the new unit and was really thorough in the installation. Like to say thank you for the service. Happy i have Hot water again.Great company and excellent service.
