Was a very busy day at PacFair and all the food courts were full or over crowded with Christmas shoppers and Schoolies.Randomly found this place away from the crowds.Only half their seating was taken up, the table we sat at was quite nice, it was quiet and had great views. We could watch Santa photos being taken on level below us.The staff were excellent. The man was very nice when serving food, and when we were leaving acknowledged us with a good buy.Tables were also quickly cleared and cleaned.Food we had was spinich ricotta roll and a cheese and ham croissant.Didn’t hear any complaints about roll and my croissant was cooked perfectly. Big coffee places seem to wanna cook them to a crisp.Drinks, my iced chocolate was nice. Nothing special but I liked it.Although the coffee was not overly enjoyable. But was still drunk.Next time I come to PacFair and it’s crowded I won’t hesitate to check out if this place is a little less hectic to grab a quick bite

A nice little cafe in the old part of Pacific Fair, right near the upstairs entrance to Myer. Great coffee and ok raisin toast. They only serve one slice, which is unusual, so if you are hungry you may need to ask and pay for extra slices . Comfortable table and chair seating with a great wide range view of the shopping area so you can people watch.

3pm coffee break and half the tables were blocked from customers to sit at. Were told that 3 of us could sit at a TINY table and not at one of the tables that had already been cleaned. NO thank you. This USED to be my usual place to frequent (open till 5.30). No longer. Downstairs at Passiontree were very welcoming with lovely clean tables for us all to sit at!

At 3:40pm, I went to purchase some drinks for my family. I was rudely (I must emphasise the open hostility that was used when the old lady spat the words at me) informed that they were closed, even though their trading hours read that they were open for another 20 minutes.So, I walked down to Zarraffas and bought my children some cold drinks and a coffee for my wife and I. Disappointing customer service and as a first time patron, I will never support this business.

Its only a 1 star because the coffee is average. Terrible service, lady at counter extremely rude. Ordered a chicken toastie $8... all I received was warmed up chicken in two slices of toast. Disgusting!

I asked for a chai tea. I waited a long time for it when it finally arrived the old woman sort od dropped the wooden tray where she had placed a tea pot, a very small cup, a cheat tea bag and serviette, there was a lot of water on the tray and the serviette was wet . She dropped the tray causing even more water to spill. The water was lukewarm not hot....the service is shoking and their tea is even worse. The cheap tea bags they serve are not worth 50 cents and they charged $4!!! Disgusting!!! I would not even give them a star. Not coming back and telling everyone so they wont waste their money.
