Highly professional and knowledgeable Myotherapist. Steven really listens to your individual needs regarding and works hard using a range of techniques to target the problems. He has made a huge improvement to my mobility and pain reduction.I highly recommend him and this practice.

I've been getting treatments for over 13 years and Emily would have to be the most thorough, efficient and competent therapist I've dealt with. Also crazy strong. No half measures, whatever soft tissue problems you have get fixed on the spot, instead of over a series of treatments as with the majority of therapists. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this place more! I saw Emily a while ago and she worked absolute miracles, and the other day I had an appointment with Steven and it was fantastic. I had an injury caused by muscle tightness and after only 30 minutes I was back to my usual self! They use a variety of techniques to tailor the treatment to whatever you need. Recommend for anyone with general pain/stiffness or in need of more specific help. They’re all also very lovely and Emily was very accommodating to help me get a last minute appointment there.

I have had a very healing experience and team there are very warm and professional. The healing massage to my lower back, neck and shoulders really helped to heal those areas fast. I would recommend this awesome service for healings or just if you need to unwind tied / sore muscles.
