Ive seen the staff here deal with some very special" members of the public and they always keep their cool. Personally I love the helpful advice they give (e.g. closest passport office from inferring what I wanted) and am glad it's my local."

Joyce Tan is an amazing person in this post office;She always goes above and beyond , often contact me and my wife to pick up parcels via her personal mobile, if we missed the card and forgot sometimes. This is not a must or her duty, but she is always happy to help and assist you wherever she can. I will not go another post office, apart from this one. JOB very well done !

Joyce attended to me with extraordinary good service. I had my photos taken repeatedly with careful attention and selection. Joyce was very patient and considerate to ensure my satisfaction of the final proof of the photo before printing. Her extraordinary service deserves my admiration and commendation.Her display of extraordinary good service is of something that the customer wishes to have when visiting a post office. She is anexemplary of good attitude towards customer for other outlets to learn from . The boss is also very friendly towards customer and make the customer feel welcomed.

The team at Auspost Kardinya do a amazing job , super helpful , very professional and have huge range products to suit your packing needs.. I live a few suburbs away and always travel to Auspost Kardindya when sending packages because I know I will receive the best service possible.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if I could opt for my packages to go elsewhere I would. 100% recommend the extra 5 minute drive upto Winthrop. I will never willingly use this place again.

Very friendly but veryyy slow. There is often a line out the door when I come in.. they often struggle with simple things like scanning in a prepaid parcel.. also a letter i sent to Victoria never arrived :/

Bad, non communicative and inexperienced service!! Was charged $5.20 to send a Christmas card to Europe. They are only $2.60 I found out. Was told it exceeded the weight limit. Not so!! Will never go there again.Beware, look things up online before going there.

Not welcoming at all. No customer service. Treated like you are guilty until proven innocent. I redirected a parcel as we moved to the area. Overly questioned as had to be my husband to collect" when we live at the same address and I had new address sticker added to my driver's licence. AND it was my name on the email of redirection so I was legally allowed to collect it. ... but made me feel like I had to prove myself. Awful feeling.Second experience
