I wouldn’t lease with them, unprofessional. Sent them an email requesting inspection times but didn’t get a chance to book a time slot yet. They sent me two inspection times and asked me to respond with the best time that suits me, I sent them back an email requesting if they have any times later in the week or weekends. Their ‘Admin’ got back to me with an email stating “We just heard from our colleague Felix that you have cancelled the inspection.” That was the only response, I wasn’t really sure where to go from there as that was the whole email. I have never spoke to or even set an inspection time with this Felix colleague. I guess it wasn’t the apartment but the real estate agency for me which turned me away from the unit, the unit has been on the market for almost a month now; plenty more to look at that isn’t leased through Horizon. Thanks, but no thanks.

Horizon’s staffs are friendly and professional. They found the new tenant in one week for my apartment. I receive ownership statement on time every month. Thank you Shelly and Lina.
