He refused to move forward on a loading bay to let a truck in. Most arrogant man I’ve ever come across. Wouldn’t move because he couldn’t be bothered walking an extra 2 metres to where he was working. Bad attitude leads to non recommendations.

These men are the best. they are the best at service. Very friendly. Very courteous. Committed to their work of providing a quality product, I would give them 10 outa 10. They take great pride in the job. I didnt have to pick up any rubbish left behind. They make you feel like family. If you have ever been a customer before you will go back again again and again. TEN STARS

We've had rollar shutters enstalled in the last 3 homes by the owner of Sandstock Launceston, Auther de Water and his right hand man Ziggy. Not only are these products locally owned & supplied we found that the quality of these products are second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone.

This company has no after sale service and when contacted to arrange a service of their product would not return calls. My father in law had been waiting for months for a service/repair of roller shutters and upon his recent death still they could not bother to expedite a visit from their Hobart man.

I have been trying to get my roller shutter fixed by the electric motor also rang 100 times to no avail to tell me that yeah I'm counting Monday which Monday so it's still not still not come the service is very poor as he goes no wonder no one wants to work for him workers
