I had a terrible experience here, after becoming homeless, and needing help with my senior dog who I have loved and cherished for 13 years, and my beautiful cat that I have had for 8 years,, I was given the third degree, they spoke to me very condescendingly, they were suspicious and unkind. Not once did they give recognition to the very challenging and heart-breaking situation I have found myself in. I was left in tears and have to try to seek help for my beautiful fur babies elsewhere.

Great organisation that collects donations of pet food to distribute to the homeless and disadvantaged. $ donations can be made too to help the less fortunate among us feed and look after their pets.

Amazing place that offers food, help and medical care for pets of homeless people. The staff are really friend and it's a great organisation to help.We like to drop off bags of food, toys and anything we can to support such a wonderful organisation. Plan on taking more items here soon!

I recommend this to any person suffering with wanting your pets cared for when your between premises,as long as you've a social worker helping you , this charity will take the stress of worrying about what will become of you furbabies!

Hi there. I am from Melbourne. A social worker in homeless setting.I just wanna say thank You to POTH Melbourne. Anne who is the worker from POTH helped me and my client for fostering cats when my client in an emergency situation. The quick response and action is absolutely phenomenal. I could imagine how grateful my client feels.Hope we could have more great community services like POTH. Thanks million again . Stay safe.
