Had a booked appointment in the morning at figtree. Arrived and no staff present. Phoned and it took over 2 mins for the woman to understand that I was waiting at the store and no staff were present. She told me staff might be late due to bus...although they should have been open 30mins ago. After 15-20min wait, a man came with a closed sign, advising the owner called him and told him to put the sign up and that no one was coming in today due to illness. I'm extra frustrated because I have a toddler and a baby and making appointments for myself is not easy...and now my time was wasted.

I have tried multiple places within the Illawarra for brow threading and eyelash extensions and have been left dissatisfied with the service and it’s been a waste of time and money. I was recommended Creative brows and I will never go anywhere else again. The owner Amy is nothing short of Accommodating and more than professional and highly trained. The other girls that work there and very polite and do there job thoroughly and without any excessive fussing around. Pricing is reasonable and they clean the bed and chairs thoroughly between clients to keep up with Covid standards. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I could
