This was our first time using an Interior designer and it turned our inspiration pictures into a reality. Sarah was great to work with from initial consult to final fit out day, nothing was a trouble. Sarah came up with some great ideas and advice which transformed our bottom level rumpus and study area into a cohesive, stylish and practical space. Can't wait to work with them again for other areas of our house.

My wife and I purchased a six bedroom house in Pagewood, Sydney back in September 2019. When we first viewed the property it was full of the previous owners furniture and it was love at first sight! When the property was finally ours however, we found ourselves with a HUGE blank canvas and not a lot of ideas of what to do with it. It was quite overwhelming!We had heard about Simpson Interiors through a work colleague and after almost 2 years of living in a largely empty house we hired them to help us create our dream home.Sarah expertly helped us overcome the monumental task of furnishing our house by breaking the scope up into three manageable phases. Downstairs, upstairs and outsideThe design process was quick and surprisingly a lot of fun! After an initial consultation Sarah put in the ground work to compile a series of quotes for the entire scope of work and presented us with some great options in the form of a detailed presentation at our home. The material samples and the 3D design sketches provided by Sarah truly helped us envisage what our home could eventually look like.We decided to go ahead with phase 1 in June2021. Phase 1 included ground floor renovation works in our kitchen and laundry room and new furnishings and styling of our dining room, guest bedroom and two living areas.We could not be happier with how everything has turned out and would highly recommend Sarah and Simpson Interiors to anybody!Our house now feels like a home and we are looking forward to getting the design work for phase 2 (upstairs) started in the new year!

My husband and I engaged Sarah to help furnish our rental apartment after returning from living overseas. She was given a blank slate and given we were returning with a young baby, our needs for furniture and layout had evolved.Working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure. I had strong views on my preferred aesthetic, but lacked the time, expertise and relationships to execute a holistic vision. Sarah is professional, flexible and well connected with the support of key industry partners. While our couch was being custom made (only within a 6week turnaround I might add!), her supplier lent us a couch to use give our lack of furniture on move in day. Equally, while we did not need all rooms in the apartment designed, Sarah assisted with key pieces throughout the apartment as part of the job scope (custom upholstered bedhead, custom blackout curtains for the nursery etc).We appreciated this flexibility, as well as her delivery of key items on time, in budget and equally importantly, in concert with the vision we discussed at the start of the engagement. If you are thinking about hiring a designer, but unsure where to start or whether you need a full service - I encourage you to give Sarah an introductory call. We have lived with Sarah’s design and furniture pieces for over 6 months now; the quality is apparent and the designs are timeless. Absolutely worth it!
