We're not interested in helping when rang to arrange for quote. As soon as I mentioned who the insurer was, said they weren't very good then began making excuses to put me off like a 6 week wait due to fixing hail damaged cars. What hail damage, there hasn't been a bad hail event here for many months. Another crash repairer I rang were more than happy to assist - even knowing who the insurer was. Very unprofessional - avoidPlease ignore this post. It was meant for Adelaide Paint & Panel at Richmond. Apologies. Did ring & they provided helpful advice.

The service and quality that ACRS offer is unbelievable. They bent over backwards to help me out in so many ways. Having a work van off the road is stressful enough but these guys made the whole process easy and stress free. Please pay attention to detail if your car is going here. My car attended through insurance and quality was by far sub par. From paint runs and contamination to edges not being painted and bonnet latch issues. if I had known I wouldn’t have sent the car here. Be vigilant when inspecting upon pickup. Problems were rectified in the end but if I didn’t pay close attention it would have been a rip off

I always had to phone to find out what was going on, they never called me or updated me. It took 3 months to fix, no fault of theirs as parts were delayed but my car was returned with mud over the carpet, side kicks and up drivers side door, the back seat release was returned broken so had to go back to get it fixed after waiting again for that part. When finally finished there was no care taken to detail, the rear camera had to be adjusted, the jack etc, were not returned where they came from and netting pockets just lying in the boot.

They had to made to put rear RH Mud flap back on ..the inside Boot molding..had to be put back correctly.. they had to take over spray off the chrome tail pipe...not good enough..for a fussy car owner...small things..but you do a job you do it correctly... also left my boot in a mess. .my Fire extinguisher. Out of it's box. Not happy Jan..!!
