An excellent experience all round with Phillip from UMG. Being a Victorian country customer, I was very wary of how I could purchase a car from interstate. I shouldn't have worried. Phillip looked after me and I was made to feel super comfortable with my purchase. The car was delivered to my home by Nick, who introduced me to my car. Two weeks later the car passed a VIC RWC and I have new VIC plates on it. I'm a very happy customer, and I love my 2003 Mercedes S class 430. Phillip and UMG highly recommended. A++++++

Not your typical used car sales experience. You can tell Phil has a passion for cars and providing great service. They arranged a trouble-free trade for my VW and Phil also arranged for a new part for the BMW's cracked mirror to be sent from Germany (without me even asking). After not being able to swap cars when I was in Sydney, Nick kindly delivered the BMW to me 3 hours south of Sydney (driving my VW back). I am loving the BMW X1 and the whole experience was above and beyond. Would definitely buy through UMG again. Thanks Phil and Nick.

Phil is the most dedicated, thorough and kind hearted industry professional I have ever come across in my 20 years of buying cars. I recently bought a 30 year old vehicle from him which runs beautifully. I have spoken to Phil often since my purchase about various things, he always has time. He also just spent 45 mins today fixing the radio in my car - which I bought from him 6 months ago - at no charge. It's one of a kind dealership, with a one of a kind dealer. Thanks mate

I bought a Audi Q5 today from Unique Motor Garage, Nicholas called me to let me know that they have one in stock, then took me on the test drive very helpful, respectful, great personality, informative, answered all my questions. Amazing!!! Then the dealer principal finished the transaction, can I say Phil is very helpful, nothing was an issue, very relaxed, helpful, no pressure, worked in with all my needs.
