Had carpets cleaned and grouting done 3 days ago, happy with carpet cleaning side (albeit a little on the pricey side).. however heavily disappointed with the grout cleaning, mentioned the issue and was told “let’s see if it gets over the line with the agents inspection”, not what you want to hear when you’ve paid $200 for a service and the tiles grouting looks worse off than before the job was done. Also had to chase invoice for the agent the next day

Graeme came to my rescue at the last minute after a bad experience with another carpet cleaner who left a job half done. Him & his team did an excellent job and gave me great advice for the future. I couldn't believe how sparkling they got filthy carpets in a new house. I would absolutely use again & highly recommend!!!

I called these people to see if they could treat a small section of carpet that had been damaged by a leakage of water. On inspection I was informed that the water had penetrated through the underlay which had become mouldy that the only option was to rip everything up as it would be a health hazard if this was not done. They said they could do this for us and also dispose of the carpet. I was shown a previous invoice which was claimed to be their standard charge for this service - $1,950. As my wife is asthmatic, we felt little option than to agree. The carpet area was only 18 sq meters, and after moving some furniture, it took less than 15 minutes to complete the job. This did not include an area under an open stairway, which would have required some effort to remove or under two bookshelves which would have involved extra time in moving. For good measure, when the bill was presented, it included an additional $25.74 surcharge.Thus for approximately 30 minutes of effort, this worked out at $65.86 per minute. I did however later receive a short emailed report on the damage with some photographs.Suffice to say, on submitting an insurance claim for this work, the assessor was not too impressed, quite the contrary in fact, and nearly 2 months later the matter has yet to be resolved.We live and learn.
