I booked the cleaning service on a fortnight schedule however I had to chase all the time to confirm if the person is coming or not. Ador was our cleaner. He was never punctual. After first cleaning, he didn't even care to come again. When I called the agency again, I got to know that he is not ready to come again. Such things should have been well taken care in prior. I am not at all a happy customer.
