If i could give a negative score I would have. I paid $220 for an end of lease cleaning service to be completed. I was guaranteed a return of my bond money and made a seamless booking with Albert the owner. This is a fraudulent company who will steal your money and then block your calls. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM. ALBERT IS A FRAUD AND A THIEF. His cleaner Cheryl arrived and did not clean anything in my apartment. When I returned, she told me I had to wait for the floor to dry before entering and took my money as she had another job to do. I alerted Albert to my problem and he promised to return that day but he never came, he then blocked my phone number and removed his Facebook page. I strongly warn everyone who is considering booking with this service because they are enticed by the Bond Back Guarantee that it is a SCAM AND DO NOT BOOK HIS SERVICE.

Great service. We had Albert come in to do a quote on our office cleaning in southport. They were so affordable and very professional. We have since hired Albie's Prisite Cleaning to do our office cleaning and 12 months into cleaning our office still providing an excellent and professional cleaning service. I highly recommend there cleaning services.
