Door is locked at 2:30pm with no signs to say they aren't serving anyone else for the day. I waited outside for about 10 mins and a nice lady came out after having her test and mentioned they weren't taking anymore people. Whats worse is you cant book so you jave absolutely no idea when you will be able to get in. Terrible communication.

Zero customer service, they were inexperienced and very unprofessional talk to you very rude and they were very unhelpful.!I don’t know where theve done there training, must be bottom of barrel kind. In future will definitely go else where next time.Bad reflection on this company bellow These Value’s never existed!!

Have been sitting here for an hour and they haven't taken a single person into the room and there are 2 staff working and 5 people waiting. Arrived just before 9am.

My daughter got a PCR test on the 4th Jan at Jj Kelly Park, and we are still waiting on results.The rest of my family were tested at Berkeley on 9th Jan, and again we are waiting on results.Strongly recommend NOT using this pathology for your covid testing. You will line up fo over an hour and NEVER receive results, and there is no way of contacting anyone to get your results.

Reluctant to give Southern Pathology Unanderra one star. Very disappointing experience on a Saturday morning waiting over 1.5 hours for a simple blood test then when finally next in line, turned away. One one nurse in attendance and extremely slow. .

Came on a Saturday morning, was shocked at how long it took to get a blood test. The wait did not warrant the number of people lining up. It was purely the slow bad service.

Tried twice to get in to see someone arrived well before closing time at 2 nobody in attendance , came just after 2 the next day was told she was shutting up for the day when they were supposed to be open until 4 o'clock. I give up!!. I will tell my doctor I can't get a blood test. Thanks southern pathology!!!.

Terrible serviceWaiting here outside at Unanderra pathology in the cold, it's 8.35 am and no one has arrived to open the pathology doors for the customers.I rang Wollongong pathology to inquire if Unanderra is opening and was advisesd the pathologist will arrive soon and is late to work.Opening hours on referral states opens at 7.30am!!!!!!!

I'll be honest, I don't see how this place has so many bad reviews... In my experience of going there to get a blood test, they were always really nice and knew what they were doing... but today i had an absolutely great experience with one of your workers (I didn't catch his name but he had long black hair). I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and one of my biggest triggers is needles and blood tests, and despite this, his down to earth attitude immediately kept me calm to the point where I didn't feel any jolt of anxiety throughout the process. Thanks man!
