Breached RTA contract by not sending out an entry notice. Difficult to contact and communication is rubbish. Having contractors to fix issues is difficult to organise. Not professional

We had Jeremiah assist in buying our home in Brisbane in one of the craziest times to be buying property. The market was moving faster than we could keep up with but Jeremiah kept us informed and calm through the whole process. Jeremiah helped select properties, provide pricing comparisons, even reviewed contracts. His local knowledge and expertise in all things real estate made the whole process simple and less stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremiah and the team at Mane Property.

By far, the absolute worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with as a renter.It’s actually quite embarrassing the way this business conducts itself.Incapable of any sort of communication. Don’t return phone calls. Don’t reply to emails. Don’t even have the decency to apologise for the negligence. Extremely unprofessional. After many many emails explaining I would not be renewing my lease (which they probably wouldn’t have noticed had I not brought it up!) and that the keys would be left inside the property after vacating, weeks later they asked if I had handed in the keys. Apparently they’re incapable of keeping copies of tenants keys as I discovered they had misplaced them and had no access inside the property. I feel sorry for the landlord. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have because 1 star implies they actually did something.

If 0 stars was an option, I would take it. We were left paying full rent while Mane left us with a broken oven (caused by an electrical fault within the appliance wiring) for 9 months while they repeatedly left our calls, emails and online requests unanswered. They later left us with a broken front door, which was also the fire door to the apartment, for 2 and a half months when the closing mechanism broke and blocked us from using the door. It took over a year for Mane to provide us with a simple pet application form via email and left the application unresolved for over 6 months. After all this they still took advantage of the rental market and our need to remain in the area due to work and increased our rent at lease renewal. When Mane handed over the property to be managed by another agency, they provided no notice to us. Finding our new property managers required ringing local real estate until we found a match as Mane had provided the new real estate no contact details for us, no details of our property access and none of our maintenance history. We were left answering basic questions for our new property managers such as when was water last invoiced?" "Is there anything outstanding at the property?" "Have your smoke alarms been tested?" as Mane provided NO documentation to them. Essentially they run on a foundation of gross incompetence

I'm so happy with the change of management in the rental department… and since moving interstate (to Sydney) I completely trust my investment property is being taken care of by Emma & her team.

I was renting a property with Mane, and I got to say that I'm sad to leave them. Christian and Emma gave me great assistance and support during the rental time. They are always open to talk and willing to help, it was the best rent management department we had so far! Thank you Christian and Emma !

Having a good memory with purchasing a property through this company. Emmanuel was so kind and keeps providing all information and did his best I can feel so I appreciate it. However, rent management department is a little bit slow in response.

They will violate every tenant right you could possibly have. Including coming into your house with strangers without your consent.

I had multiple properties managed by Mane after they purchased a business from my previous property manager. All my tenants complained about them and I had multiple bungles. A change in property manager helped a bit but still bungles. Still haven’t got my bond back from one property that was destroyed by tenants and no response from attempted communications. There was poor accountability across the board which speaks to management. I’ve since changed property managers. I can only advise tenants and landlords to look elsewhere as there are better options.
