I have never been to a dietician before. If I didn’t have gestational diabetes, I guess I never would? What I received was far more advice and knowledge that I had initially expected. Kate is extremely knowledgeable, excellent at communicating, and just fun to talk to. I have learned so much in just 3 appointments. I was anxious and too scared to eat when I found out I had gestational diabetes. I can actually feel the differences in my body after making the changes recommended to me. I am now controlling my blood sugar without insulin and I’m able to eat again :) I’m far more aware of how to read my body’s reactions to certain foods. I would rate this 6 stars if I could as my expectations were far over achieved.
