Melbourne Hapkido
I first did their women's self defence course before joining the club. I was amazed at how enjoyable it was. I was also amazed how I felt after doing the classes. I felt more in control and safer knowing that I learned valuable skills. I can't imagine life without this club. Not only is it a great fitness activity and I am learning how to defend myself but the group is also so friendly, supportive and fun. It is also a safe environment with no judgement.Bonus: we get brunch after class on Saturday.
