ONE TWO Boxing Klemzig

So impressed with One Two at Klemzig! The workout itself is excellent - it's a great balance between boxing and strength work, which I love. The classes have the best music, which makes it all the more fun. Instructors are fantastic, not judgmental but just encouraging and motivating. And lastly the customer service is second to none - Jo has been responsive and understanding, which goes a long way to me wanting to remain coming to the gym over others. Thanks team! :)

I love everything about what the team at ONE TWO Boxing have created. The environment in the studio makes everyone feel welcome no matter what fitness level you are.The Boxing classes are full of fun and high energy and make doing cardio something to look forward to. The trainers are always welcoming and are super helpful with learning the technique of boxing.Highly recommend to anyone who lives in Adelaide and wants to try something fun and new.

Such an awesome experience…. Love the dim room, in my own space… in my own time WE BOX. Great variety of workouts targeting upper, lower body or whole body workouts. Great fun with great instructors taking you through the session.

One Two Boxing is the best place in Adelaide for Cardio, fun, laughs and improving fitness and skill. The 45 minute class feels like it only goes for 10 minutes but you get so much out of it. Jesse and the team are so motivating and they really help you get through the sessions. Perfect for any fitness level. No boxing experience required.

Awesome boxing classes. 45 minute class with ultimate cardio results. Was super nervous to go in the studio the first time but the staff there are so supportive and encouraging and make you feel so valued.A non-intimidating class that gives me the ultimate full body work-out.Would encourage anyone who’s felt intimidated by gyms in the past to join a session. You won’t look back! I’ve gone from dreading working out to actually looking forward to it at one-two- boxing!

Such a great way to start the day, a very clean and professional business with Jo and Jesse making you feel so welcome and well looked after. Their customer service is amazing and they genuinely care if you are enjoying the workouts and getting what you want out of their boxing programs. Such a fantastic variety of workouts including my favourite, a specific core workout. Thanks guys!

The friendliest and most welcoming staff ever! The environment is warm and you feel comfortable immediately no matter what your experience is.The instructors show you correct techniques on stage and go around and help you if you need further assistance if you are new to boxing. If you forget what to do, the combinations are in front of you on a TV so you never feel lost.You get to hit your own bag, so you are never stuck with an inexperienced pad holder and you're not going to get injured. You can go at your own pace and there is no one pressuring you to keep up like other fitness classes. The facilities are so modern and clean.The business owners are always looking at what they can do to give back. They offer extra classes and events occasionally and team up with other businesses to give back, like juices or discount codes to local cafes.Honestly I cannot fault this business!

I’ve always found that when you join a studio/gym that it can be a bit cliquey, which then deters you from coming back.Definitely not the case here - the whole team make you feel welcome on your first, second, third, fourth… you get the picture. 100% can not fault the warmth and the good vibes that emanate from this place.The workout is fantastic also - a lot of care and effort go in to ensuring you’re getting the most out of your workout, not just turning up and aimlessly throwing punches.Such a safe space, and accomodating to all fitness levels, ages, gendersGreat job Jesse, Jo, Sam & co - absolutely love your work
