What a joke of a place. They claim to be there to help you but all they do it hurt you and re traumatise you. Sick people who run this place. They want you to get worse. They don’t care about the person. They only care about the diagnosis of bpd and refuse to look beyond that. They refuse to take into account they have neurodivergent people who use their services with autism and adhd but don’t accommodate their therapy to fit them. They just love to thow dbt around as the best treatment when many people have been harmed by this therapy. They just put Band-AIDS on the issue without going deeper and realising why we have that issue in the first place. All these people are trying to do is make you feel worse. Stay well away.
