Have shopped twice with Camera Warehouse and all items having arrived packaged neatly and safely. The first time my package came quickly and the second it was slightly longer which I emailed the sales team and my item came soon after the follow up. I found their sale prices to be very VERY good compared to the general larger stores and online stores. Would be shopping more often with this shop! And I hope to take a trip to the actual shop in the near future.

The experience was pretty seamless and ok, but did not inspire me to come back. Being involved in sales and training, I would suggest a few things to create a more personalised and create repour1. After paying my deposit, a phone call thanking me for my order2. when my lens arrived (sooner than estimated) a phone call instead of email would have been nicer, again repour3. A follow up call after purchase to see how it was going4. Offer of a uv or similar filter (up selling)5. The sales staff a nice and personable but not dynamic, a more upbeat attitude would be nice, and offering other store products and servicesDo not take this a negative, but suggestions for improvementThanksPaul

I had such a fabulous experience at Camera Warehouse. I was looking for a camera that was out of stock and due to be for a while. I called asking about it and spoke to someone who recommended I get another, better, camera which I did end up getting and am so happy with his recommendation. I love the camera!When I came in to pick up the camera, the server was friendly, helpful and gave me some more great accessory recommendations. Overall it was a great experience and I'm very happy with the service! Thanks team :)

Great service from these guys!Had a major delivery issue at the start, (first camera sent was either stolen because it was left without me signing for it, or the 3rd party deliverer pocketed it), Camera Warehouse understood the issue, communicated with me well. And got me my camera as soon as Aust. Post processed my claim.Loving the new A7RV, it is a beast! Looking forward to buying from Camera Warehouse again!

First purchase from this company for a camera and lens totalling over $5500. Needless to say I was a bit nervous but the other positive reviews helped with my decision. I ordered another lens on exactly the same day from CCC Warehouse who I buy most of my gear from with zero issues. Camera Warehouse just had a better price so I went with them. CCC Warehouse arrived first as they come via DHL. They are an excellent company with customer service. Camera Warehouse arrived about 1 week later. All products were brand new, in excellent quality and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Purchased binoculars, was undecided on strength\brand. Salesman was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We were afforded the opportunity to try several differing models and brands. Salesman was polite, courteous and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
