Worst insurance ever, no customer service or any respect for Nrma's customer- Overseas unprofessional and clueless customer service agents. Hours waiting on call for inquiries, never been able to find a supervisor. Reading the thousands negative reviews is obvious they are near collapsing as business

NRMA WESTFIELD shopping center store is located on the second level at the eastern entry WESTFIELD shopping center Shaftsbury Rd Entrance.Very impressive COVID 19 protocols in place to protect customers and staff from the Corona virus,Some of the most effective and practical measures ,I have ever seen with any Australian company, it shows how much the NRMA cares about the safety and wellbeing of people.Very friendly staff offering great insurance services , best insurance policies , I would give them seven stars if it was possible, highly recommended for all your insurance needs.

What NRMA Insurance have done should be illegal. I was involved in a prang with one of their customers, and rather than contact me AT ALL about the incident and the insurance claim (and yes, they had my details) they sold the problem to a debt collector who are now chasing me for money that should have easily been resolved between my insurer and NRMA directly. This is affecting my credit rating and despite numerous calls over the past 3 months is still yet to be resolved. I am furious that essentially NRMA have outsourced their administrative work to ME. Furious is an understatement.

Its a joke the NRMA and only known for delays in paying claims and for invisible customer service. A customer is nothing for them and they rely in false advertising to get new customers. Check statistics to see that they are at the bottom of preferred insurance companies- Thumbs down for NRMA

Negative Feedback for NRMA and the statistics show that they have broken the record of negative feedback. I left then and i feel again secure and insured with other company. Saved myself the high fees and mostly the frustration that they have caused me. Complains line not exist anymore in reality- Customer service? Not existing. NRMA is the worst of worst insurance

The off shore claims department are incapable of supporting me through my claim. They say to speak to an on shore claims persons but no one has a number or name to contact - round and round in circles and then yea, they hang up.

I will give them minus 5 in a scale 1 to 10. They do not pay claims and if they do, it will take months and months and a million emails to them without response
