I ring them up with the exact dimensions of a bearing, the old bloke on the phones says I have to come in so they can get callipers onto it to make sure. I get there and the young bloke takes one look and says nope, we don't have anything this small. Waste of a trip because of pure laziness.

Friendly helpful expert advice and reasonably priced on most items. If they don't have it they will tell you where to go. I don't mean in a rude way, I mean that they will tell you where to get what you want. They have a better range of fasteners and stainless steel hardware than some of the big hardware stores.

Was on holidays from Melbourne when the two mounting bolts holding the brake caliper fell out leaving the caliper free to move about! These guys went above and beyond the call of duty in order to get the right sized bolts for me so I could re-attach the caliper and safely return to Melbourne the next day. Thanks guys!

They'd rather see you walk out the door then in - called up and asked for specific sized parts, was assured they had them, but upon entering the store they definitely do not. After asking who told me they did, no one took the blame - they were sure I didn't ring the right place but even after showing them the phone log I couldn't get an apology, just dumb and blank faces till I left. Never going back and never recommending.

Customer Service is simply disgusting. After driving over 1hr to get parts in order to get a machine back working we phoned ahead and they wouldn't wait 2 minutes to serve us. We pulled up at 12:02pm when two employees were approaching their cars and neither spoke nor would make eye contact. Disgusting.
