Do not recommend this place at all, really bad experience with them, don't risk your money.Bought here a Fuel Filter for my car, the description of the product fitted 100% the model of my car, but sadly the filter wasn't the correct one. After ask many times for the refund, they decided to refund only a percentage of the total cost of the product because they said that there is a shipping fee involved on the purchase, even though the product is listed as a Free Shipping product and I paid for the return shipping. After many conversations and chats with them, still no proper answer and no money back.

If I could rate lower, I would. Terrible customer service. They waited over 2 weeks before even thinking of sending my parts, all the while they didn't say a peep, I had to send 3 emails to ask where my items were.I understand that things take time and sometimes they don't go right, I'm in the Motor Industry aswell, but at the very least you could have communicated that there may have been a delay or similiar, not just leave the customer out of the loop. Had I not asked where my parts were, they could still be sitting on a shelf collecting dust.This is completely unacceptable.

Wanted 3 of a fairly small item. Price was including postage. Seller would not offer any discount for posting 3 even though postage costs would probably be the same. Everything else was fine.

I ordered and paid for via Ebay, a Falcon XK - XP gearbox rear extension housing seal. I was supplied with the incorrect part. Way too big. I emailed autolink and they asked me to contact by phone. I was unable to do that and sent two more emails. They have simply ignored me and have not replied. I am now stuck with a part I have paid for and cannot use. I will order the correct part from someone else.
