Brilliant experience. I lost my car keys and within a few hours of calling Coast Locks & Auto I had my locks replaced and back to driving my car. Definitely would recommend as a fantastic service.

When my daughter microwaved my car keys and frizzled then we had the best experience, he reprogrammed my car to stop the alarms and a fresh new set of keys asap. He was so nice fast and had the best price out of everyone in our area ( I searched Pimpama) call-out fee included in the key charge itself! I got quotes over $600 from other places but paid $270 all together and he was here for 15 minutes if that! Absolutely saved us!

Called first thing in the morning, as I urgently needed a car key replacement. And someone was able to come out within a couple hours !!!. Service provided was fast, effective and efficient. Fantastic service!Kent was able to come out within a few hours of being called, he was quick to solve the issue when i couldn't unlock my car and even changed my key barrel within a matter of minutes. He was affordable and even went the extra mile when he jump started my car. I would highly recommend his service!!

I lost my keys at the beach in the Gold Coast and was passed on Coast Lock & Auto details. When I called up the guy had a fully booked afternoon but could tell I was in distress as I live in Brisbane and had lost my only car keys. He kindly prioritised my job and was there within 30 minutes and was able to generate two new car fobs and keys. Very grateful, thank you.

Brilliant..got me out of the s%&t.Rang up, gave Kent my model of my BMW..,an hour later he came to my work, bing,bong bang..all done..$330 bucks but better than taking it to BMW and waiting 4-6 wks and $500 for delivery from Germany. I ordrered a BMW badge online and presto.Thanks Kent.All good.
