BEST STAFF EVER!!I 1000% recommend getting pierced here if you are considering getting a piercing. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING and the staff in general are fantastic. The environment is wonderful and I felt super comfortable throughout my entire visit.I got pierced by a lovely lady called Tash. Both Tash, and the other piercer there, Nyx made sure that I felt comfortable and checked that I 100% wanted to do it, as it is my body.I will definitely be returning, so grateful for this experience!

Got my septum done today and my piercer was Nyx! absolutely amazing service, they took me in straight away and Nyx was so sweet, caring and kind also an awesome piercer. I’m so happy with the piercing and definitely will come back with any future piercings!!

Like many others I got my ears pierced by Rabbit. So nice and kind, and talked me through the whole process and made me feel really comfortable. The pierce is really smooth and basically flawless. Barely hurt at all, 10/10 experience I highly recommend.

The team are outstanding! Patient and professional with great customer service skills.Only thing is the quality of the jewellery for the price isn't good value. There is a great range of styles, shapes and sizes, but they tarnish quickly and are a little dull.Still an excellent location for any new piercings, advice and jewellery if you're in a pinch.

I had my helix done by Nyx today and I’m honestly so happy with the turn out, I was nervous about getting it done and especially about my piercer, but Nyx was so calm and gentle it didn’t hurt even a bit and thankyouu for all the post care information, really would recommend Nyx!!

Had a dodgy piercing job done previously and went in store with some very irritated piercings. Nyx was so friendly and informative and helped me get them fixed up and on the road to healing. Couldn’t reccomend enough!

I had my daith done by Nyx on Saturday, they were really great about telling me what to do during and after the appointment and how the process was going to be done. I’m extremely happy with the end result and grateful for the patience they had for after my piercing. I would really recommend nyx!! Thank you!!
