They were not professional , dropped the tree lods from the top without pretection , hit and damaged the front garden floor. Not repaired the fence where they used accessed from the neighbour's side.

We had a really large celtis in a very tight spot removed by North Shore Tree Services. Michael and the team did an extraordinary job. They carried out the job with professionalism. They did everything they said they would - organizing cranes, traffic controllers, completing the job promptly and leaving the property in a clean state. The neighbours were also impressed. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Michael and his team were amazing. They were punctual, professional, reasonably priced and were very respectful of trying to not damage any surrounding property. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Michael and his team has helped me, my family and friends with several jobs over the past 5 years. The most recent one is last month. Regardless whether it is small or big jobs, Michael is very upfront with competitive pricing. He kept promises with quotes and job dates. What I value his work the most is that he prioritises safety of the work. Moreover, he always attempt to fix any inevitable minor damages. (We did have two minor damages with his work I have to be honest but he fixed them). We have used 3 or 4 different tree companies before. We had problems with unprofessional ones run away after causing damages. At the same time, we had quote that is 20% more than Michael's when we first met him. It is hard to get someone who is trustworthy at the same time of knowing what they are doing. My lesson about tree works is that do not take your chance. Safety first and price second. PS: I am not related to any of his team. I am a local health professional and not in the trade business. I am not friends with any of team members but I think I should be a valued customer now by writing this genuine review.

Michael and his team removed 12 very tall conifers and pruned a neighbours tree that was overhanging our back garden.They were extremely professional, very friendly, unbelievably quick and cleaned up so well you would not know they had been here.I would highly recommend Michael and his team.
