Fun City Entertainment Complex

We took our family there cause one had a 9th birthday , he was looking forward to gokarting for so long , now on the panphlet they had ages 8 can drive and on the board where you sign up to drive you have to be over 120cm . Now they told us that he was to small to drive because he wouldn't be able to reach the pedals but when you sit in a car you can adjust the pedals to come forward .Now my boy is 9 years old and 137cm tall so how does that work be carefull we wont be going back again

It is literally massive with a gazillion coin machines, go karts out the back, a fantastic rock climbing wall, laser tag and a bunch of other stuff. Parking is super easy. Could literally drop kids off here, do the shopping and then pick them up later as there is so much to do. There is also food and drink available. Prizes are the typical cheap things that have been around forever. Brings back memories.

(4 or 8 player linked Daytona, Dance games, non-drum rhythm games). Get a few older games in for the older nostalgic generations!Grand prizes in stacker machine were not worth it.Lack of proper signage in easily read and understood format (fish&chip shop does it better).How much is rock climbing exactly?How much do I save getting an all day pass?Waited a very long time in the queue to book go karts, one person behind desk handling all queries, bookings, coin exchange.(Customers waiting in line don't spend money. Process them ASAP so they can go back to spending money on games and other things as well as improve happiness.)The Go Karts were great!Men's toilets:-hand dryer out of order.-automatic soap dispenser out of order.-stall out of paper.-no door stop so handle has penetrated the plaster wall (unsanitary).Mini Golf:-where is the tee off area? Make them visible!-sides of each course do not keep the ball in well enough.-unimaginative course design.-music absent.A lot of these are easily addressed and fixed with little attention.I will adjust my review the next time I visit FunCity.

Great entry fee. Spectacular activities everywhere. Amazing food, worth the price. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly would recommend!

The system went down and they gave us lots of freebies (Free cart rides, lazertag, amusement machine gift card) for the inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and apologetic, albeit a bit slow and some of the amusement machines were out of order, but I think the pros outweigh the cons :)

Great place for kids party. Great service. Staff were helpful and the food was great. Lots of different activities. Reasonably priced.

A few weeks ago I took my partner out for her birthday to go rock climbing we had an awesome time friendly staff good prices and an all round fun place to spend time I recommend the lazor tag awesome arena that can take groups up to 40 will definitely be back for some more fun

Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many issues with this place:- Many games were not working- Machines ate coins- Staff are clueless when asked about pricing.- Staff lack any enthusiasm and seemed more concerned doing nothing.- Hot food was awful- One staff member a male in particular was aggressive, rude and arrogant when I informed a particular machine ate money, this was after many others already ate coins and did nothing.- Machines are set to return the least amount of tickets after spending nearly $50 on games I only got a total of 40 prize tickets.- Various game machines were switched off with no out of order notification.- Other game areas such as mini golf and the playground had such low lighting it was a hazard to even play in there.I will, never ever! return to this venue and Fun City Shepparton has now completely made me also stop going to their Sunshine venue as they are all the same company. Which I have attended a number of times.Do yourself a favor and just keep driving past, don't stop, don't park your car...even leaving one single dollar at this establishment (if one can even call that!) Is not worth time nor effort.

We had our work Christmas party here last night and it was fantastic! Go karts, rock climbing, glow in the dark mini golf and laser tag. Staff were aweosme! Highly recommend for functions.

OK, tad over priced. Also rude that they charge you for your child to play in an indoor playground that was provided for free
