Asked Mia to cut and colour my hair. I asked for a short cut (my hair was long) and for her to fix my terrible home colour. She did an amazing job, my hair looks fabulous, I’m so impressed. I will definitely be going back to Mia!

I went in today and asked the lady(most likely to be Mia) to provide me with an estimate of how much hair colour for me would be. She continued tending to her client while acting unconcerned and advised me that she would need to talk about what I have done to my hair in the past. That was obviously the primary reason for me physically going in. She had no customer service skills and possessed a blunt attitude towards me. Before this, I went to 2 other hairdressers where they looked at my hair straight away and gave me a price.Extremely shocked and disappointed at the level of communication and interest she showed being a business owner.
