Good Pricing of Products. But small space.

The entrance to the store is not senior-citizen friendly. The step is so high that many old people won't be able to comfortably step in. A short ramp is needed to comfortably walk in and out of the store. Good staff and great service though.

Be aware of the misleading discount price tag. The discount price tags are still on there after the offer has expired for many days. It’s kind of misleading and deceitful.

Extremely slow pharmacies service!! Waited more than 40 mins while only 1 or 2 people at the front and still not getting the prescription! The lady was just keep chatting to colleagues and not doing her job.

This chemist is fantastic. Someone who has some complex medical issues. The staff here recognise me and always have my scripts ready to go via text message service which saves me having to flick though my pile of scripts or even try and remember what is going to run out soon. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Meets expectations as other CW stores, convenience of getting things when walking home from station

I ordered 3 Swiss Vitex online and went to pick up. I found out 2 of the 3 products expired in 2 months time just at the counter before I left so I requested to exchange to new ones as one should last for 2 months doze. I will waste both of them as I still have some at home. The cashier said they had only one with expiry date in 2023, so I only get one exchanged and have to return the other one and the whole process took about 20 minutes with the pharmacist involved and asked so many questions and I think any customer has the right to reject one product or food that expires soon. I didnot take the medicine away from the counter but had to explain a lot to them to get a refund. This place is new but has products expiring in 2 months time and the staff has very limited experience and I can see from the reviews customers generally wait for a long time . I am waiting for the refund to be credited back to my card. Don’t know whether it will arrive as promised

The store is amazing, staff here is so helpful. I was facing some issues with my online order, but Steven helped me a lot!! Such an amazing employee, Chemist warehouse is lucky to have him.....I really appreciate the help provided to me, my issue was also sorted quickly without any hassle.
