My husband and I went here today for a new wedding ring for me and a new chain for my husband. We were served by a beautiful lady called Jeanette. Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely be going back and seeing this lady next time I’m shopping for jewellery.. This woman deserves a pay rise!! So happy!!

Wanting to buy some jewellery we browsed several jewellery stores in the centre. We were either ignored or not shown any genuine interest . We walked into Graham’s and was greeted by the friendliest lady . Seriously so lovely and happy and warm we could have had a party with her. Loved her. We happily spent our money there. Thanx Charmaine .

Customer service lacking, there seemed to be only one staff member, then another three came out of nowhere and vanished again without acknowledging me. Finally, a staff member who was so dithery with a simple question and purchase then took far too long fluffing arouand at the register to process a simple sale. Won't be going back.

Bought beautiful earrings two years ago in white gold n diamond and wear every day still reflects the same way, quality is better than many other jewellery shops in adelaide, bit pricy than others but worth.

Remembered this officious woman a while back whilst purchasing. This time, kept waiting for 15 mins though other friendly lady was kind enough to apologise for the delay. Officious woman barked her orders at me and tried to impress with ‘I’ve been in this business for 20 yrs; I know what I’m talking about and am the expert’. Decided she wasn’t the best person to serve me and left. Suggest she needs to go on the long- customer care course. Wished I’d seen the other lady instead. Some you win, some you lose. Sorry, but not worthy of even 1 star. Apologies to Oaklands Pk, this was related to Marian Shopping Centre. Error on website.

8:45 on a Thursday night and get told ‘we’re actually closing’ when I walk in. I explained I was just coming in for a look and if I see something I’ll come back tomorrow as I work at Marion. The woman just looks at the clock looks back and shakes her head. I get everyone is keen to finish work but it was just rude. Poor form grahams
