Jamie went well above and beyond the call of duty to fix my mother-in-law's car air conditioning. It was an quite an old car so it was a true mission, with hard-to-find parts, and a complete reworking of the air conditioning. Really great communication throughout as he kept us updated and he really went the extra mile to help us (even at expense to himself!). Really appreciate it and definitely recommend!

I have a collection of cars and after using several other companies I finally tried them approx 5 years ago. Since then I have never used anyone else. Their customer service is amazing but to me it is the quality of their workmanship as well as the pride and care they use when working on my cars. They are the only company I have found that not only fix your issues properly but do not create other issues by braking things in their haste to make more money. I highly recommend Williams Auto.

Quickly identified the problem and sent away to Brisbane for computer controlled unit. Once received was installed within a week. Happy with their service and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome! Such good service & very professional. No gouging or overpricing for our job!July 22 - we had a car electrical issue with the trailer plugs (needed for our caravan) & had limited time in Cairns due to travel plans. The job was booked in & completed very promptly.We dealt with Mark who organised the repair & took the time to explain the issue and how it was repaired.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!
