After all those years of experiences and magnificent positive feedbacks from our guests, Lek handshakes with her daughter, Pam designed to expand our business to satisfy customers and bring a convenient for the guests that came from the further west e.g. Katoomba, Blue Mountain etc.Sawang means Bright, day time or under the light. We believed, when people are having aches and pains in the muscle means they are in the dark or blurry vision. It can be from a long hard day, repetitive movements or overused the muscle from daily routine or mentality stress that may affect their physical and emotion. Our promise try our best to brighten their day and make them back under the light again. This can happen in 1 visit or sometime its need to be a long term treatment plan.

Used to be very good shop, I just experienced the worst massage I’ve ever had in any country. No hard medium soft just random everything. Suspect the girl had minimum training, dug her elbow into bottom of my foot and tells me my foot is very bad when I’m in pain. Then covered me in oil and rubbed randomly. Walked out midway through 90min massage. Felt like I paid $130 to learn to never go back there.

Not all Massage Therapists are equal. Some days are better.I like the massage of one Massage Therapists bit during the massage session she keeps stopping and answering the phone and will say sorry..she did it 4x and I thought she would be offering a complimentary massage for free with no disturbance or at least 50%off for the next uninterrupted service.

Use to be a very good place for massage, for the 2nd time in a row, I have received the worse massage ever. Masseuse kept leaving room to attend to desk, and won’t even apologise each time she gets back to me. Lost over 15 mins and went home with my back still sore.

Friendly Staff and open until 7pm on weekdays.I went there with my other half who has always had issues (at other massage places) with masseuses not being strong enough and usually end up hearing him asking for them to do it harder / stronger... So I asked the lady on the phone at the time of booking if he could have someone strong to which she replied everyone here is strong"...Not once did he complain or ask for the lady to go harder and had a wonderful massage.For myself

Don't waste your moneyPre-Covid I used to go to Sawang Thai massage on High St Penrith once a month and get a massage from Rose who was very good. Called up 2 months ago to be told she has left so I have waited as I have been hesitate on getting a poor massage.My problematic areas have been giving me grief the last few days so I decided on my way home from work I would bite the bullet and give Sawang Queen St St Mary's a go.Disappointed big time!!!massue left room 3x times to answer the phone, spent the first 10 minutes worrying about getting the heater working, skimmed over my problem areas and finished 5 minutes early for a 120minute massage which should of went longer due to leaving room for phone calls and not knowing how to work the heater.The decor is nice and clean but poor technique and customer serviceWon't be recommending this place to anyone.
