Chris U looked after us tonight. What an absolute customer service champion. After half our order was delayed he helped us out with a private room and just made us feel like champions ourselves. He is an asset to this location and deserves praise. Highly recommend just on how Chris U treated us.

Such an amazing place! I take my 3 boys here all the time and they love it! The staff are amazing, Sannvi, Darren, Josh, Kelsey and to the rest of the staff! Thank you for all your hard work and effort in making each experience an easy breezy one!

It is a very entertaining place, with video games, pinball, ping pong, basketball (game)The food is very good.attention somewhat slow.

The party host was great. However the booking team and the venue has no communication at all. I had my son's birthday party booked in few weeks earlier and only find out that someone canceled the party by error because they didn't verify which client called. Luckily i called to confirm the booking few days earlier otherwise we would have a big surprise that day.We purchase the Gold package for the the party. No drink been offer to the guest parent and no popcorn snack to the kids and few other things that we didn't get.There is no follow up call and response to what is happening and not even a simple apology.Glad my son still have a great party. But wish there will be better experience for others having parties there.

Pretty decent. I like how they've actually got food & drinks together with the games as opposed to some venues that don't have as much variety in games and food.Having said that, food is definitely overpriced.

Great venue to celebrate our son's 13th birthday... him and his friends had a great time bowling, playing laser tag and arcade games. Our party host Chloe was excellent, keeping 15 kids under control and on schedule. Highly recommended...

Today was a great day. Full of fun, we spent 8 hours at the venue!Laser Tag was the cherry on top of our night.I’d like to make a massive shout out to Liam. Because of Liam, our night was so much more enjoyable. We appreciated the high standard of customer service Liam provided.We look forward to attending again soon.
