I went to see Lucie as I was having some issues with what I thought was a returning rotator cuff injury. Lucie was able to quickly identify that the injury was more likely to my bicep and provided me with great exercises to rehabilitate and strengthen the damaged area. Lucie is great, super friendly and professional, would definitely recommend 10/10.

Lucie is an incredible Physio and sports massage therapist. As a myotherapist myself I can appreciate her skill and treatment style is second to none. She supported me through my pregnancy and was thorough and professional. She finds all the points and I always walk away feeling a million times better! On top of that she’s a beautiful person!

Lucie taught me a breathing technique so as to reduce stress on my shoulder muscles.The way I was breathing was putting stress on my neck and shoulder muscles and this was intern giving me a knot in the back of my neck.During the massage she worked on this knot in my neck muscle that has been making my life unbearable for quiet some time.She also gave me relief to my whole body that was in a state of tension from my first week training at a new gymLucie has incredible knowledge of the human anatomy a university degree in her home country that is the real deal in natural healing and massage.Thank you Lucie!!!
