James did the most gorgeous engraving on the ID tag for my puppy, and added two lovely little paw prints! Really happy I went and purchased in person at a local shop rather than buying on line.

I was charged $23 for a watch battery that was flat (this was confirmed by a reputable watch repairer). I was told there was a 2 year warranty on the battery. When I returned a few days later with my watch not working my refund was refused. My advice, stay away...poor service and ridiculous prices. The warranty policy is an absolute joke. I'll be taking my business elsewhere! If I could rate no stars, I definitely would.The franchise claims that I would have been issued with a warranty card. I did not and never have received a warranty card with my purchase, all I received was a receipt which I showed upon my return that was refused. All I can say is buyer beware!

was struggling to find a good gift for a 50th birthday and noticed the wide variety of giftware in the windows. James and Darren instantly came to help and offered to even engrave the glass for me for an affordable price and it came out amazing!! would highly recommend their services and products in future!
