As a landlord these guys are second to none. Always assisted me in my needs always followed up with my requests. Had my place rented out in a few weeks. Very professional and always prompt. They are looking after 3 of my properties now. Thanks Team Raine & Horne!!!

I Don't rent with them anymore . Customer service poor . Other reviews here are true, they ignore you . Don't stick to their word .if they say they will do something they never follow through.. I always had to follow up. Sometimes waited like a week and still no response or call back .when I do call back always get a response to be patient or something along those lines . Slow service and lazy property managers . Last issue I had with them when I moved out they say they would lodge My bond back next day . Knowing them I waited a week I called to check If they done it, still haven't lodged it.. So I had to Lodge it myself with RBO.They had 14 days to respond to notice of claim or to dispute it . 14 days almost up they I soon got an email to pay my last electricity bill. Which I clearly don't own them anything their last attempts to rip me off.. 14 days up and I got all my bond money back no thanks to them.

I am very happy with the service we received from Raine and Horne Cabramatta in selling our father's house. Peter clearly knows the local market well and presented us with a clear sales campaign that achieved results far beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed of all developments both throughout the campaign and after the auction. We were more than happy with Peter's local knowledge, professionalism, courteous manner and the hard work he put in to obtain the price we got at auction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Cabramatta area.

Both Peter and Kevin were wonderful, assisted us as much as possible and answered all the questions we had. First time coming across agents that genuinely like to see their buyers happy. Peter guided us through the contract really well and we didn't feel like we were missing anything. This is our first home we ever bought so we asked a million questions! My father's house was recently sold by auction. Out of the 3 real estate agents we spoke to, we chose Peter Ly from Raine and Horne to manage the sale. We were not disappointed. Peter differed from the other 2 agents in using an auction instead of looking at a database of builders and developers. This particularly pleased me because the auction enabled a broader range of buyers and gave the general public the opportunity to bid. I found Peter to be extremely professional and responded very well to our needs. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE BUSINESS - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.Stay away from this company for all commercial purposes. They do not know how to manage a commercial property. Their way of handling matters is to ignore them and hopefully they disappear or blow over.They also do not read lease agreements when taking over a property. I was charged for my water bill which my lease amendment states that all outgoings is inclusive with our lease agreement. They simply refuse to respond to any emails regarding this and I still haven't got my money back.Do not do business with them as they do not know how to handle disputes between neighbors, follow lease agreements or resolve matters in an appropriate and professional manner.

Rip off agent I have ever dealt with.The house they rented to me was filthy dirty , previous tenants rubbish were still in the property which I had to remove. Reported to them light bulbs not working , water leaking from the roof , did not care at all or even send someone to look at or fix the problems.Land lord and the agent kept 3 weeks of my bond and claimed we made damages bla bla bla and did not provide proof.Tenancy managers have no people skills at all, don't know how to talk to people and very rude.Enjoy eating the rest of my money .

Very professional, highly recommended, especially Peter Ly if you looking to selling or buying a property. And Thai does a very good job in maintaining my investment properties. Always keeps me posted and resolving any problems that arises without any hesitation. Well done keep up the good work guys!
