Ash is always very welcoming and has a wealth of experience and knowledge with a fantastic range of treatments and products for all age groups. The rooms are spotless and very calming. Can’t wait for my next facial.I travel from Melbourne for my treatments with Ash.

Charlotte's customer service was absolutely impeccable, she really made my day. She was like the gal pal I'd always wanted giving me advice on beauty treatments I'd never tried before, which helped me try brave new things right there and then. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable during the more private treatments. Her beauty knowledge was exceptional and it's clear she loves her job. This great experience made me book future appointments and I will definitely be recommending this store if everyone is as wonderful as Charlotte! The pricing and promotions are such good value for money and the quality of service makes it all the more worthwhile.
