Overpriced and extremely rude staff, yelled at us because we requested a refund due to a change of mind. Did not mention or have any notice of a service fee upon refund. Disguted.. do not recommend

$55 to take up a pair of motorcycle jeans??? Yes the jeans are specifically designed for a motorcyclist but the ends where you're cutting off the fabric are just normal jeans. Save your money and drive down to DFO, down the end there is a booth where it's $15 per pair ($20 per pair for motorcycle jeans).

I used to come here for years and dealt with the ladies with the Asian background, their prices were fair and they were pleasant to deal with. Ever since this Caucasian lady started working there, I’ve been there twice. She is extremely rude and the prices have tripled. Sunline alterations, located near Aldi is so much cheaper. Keilor downs is half the price of what they charge also. I wanted to get my 2 year olds outfit taken in - $135 she quoted me. When she told me the price I politely declined and she aggressively took the pins out of the outfit while he was wearing it. I went to Keilor downs, was charged $55. Now from reading the reviews, I know that my experience is was not isolated.

Rude, make up their own prices .. my daughter wanted a dress hem put up cotton nothing major $65. I decided not to go a head so the money had to be refunded. The lady at the counter expressed how she didn’t want to deal with that ( meaning us super rude). Went to keilor and hem put up for $30 big difference. Will never return

Very expensive but they do a good job. Pretty sure they rip off customers though because evrytime I go they just make up a different price. Their pricing isn't transparent. There's no price guide.

Horrible service every time I come here, don’t know why I come back these people have no customer service and don’t want to help. When I asked ‘what if’ she interrupted and rudely yelled at me ‘there is no what if’. Do not recommend

An extremely a doggy place. Rang and asked them they iron a suit and what the charges were. The womasaid it was $20. The next day when I brought my suit to get it ironed, the woman there said it was $25. Her excuse was the other woman who answered the phone would not have understood what was required. I expressed my displeasure for such dubious actions.

A close friend of mine went to get a dress altered here, needing it taken out and I am absolutely DISGUSTED in the attitude that the employers at this store had towards her. To body shame someone, calling them fat, poke at their body and instruct them on how to eat is absolutely appalling!! I do not recommend this service to anyone unless they want to leave feeling devastated with no body confidence.

Not long ago, I have a pants alteration with them and only just then I found a needle is still in there at the hem area. I cut myself too. So, I called them and tell them this is a hazard and the lady was laughing over the phone and said she is busy to talk. This is unbelievable!
