Rang looking for a part for a very old appliance.Advised that the part is no longer available.Lyn took the extra step of providing the part number to make looking for an after market part easier for me.Always great service when someone is more concerned about helping you when they can than just saying an item is not available.Prevented a frustrating morning and allowed parts to be ordered on-line.Worth contacting first.

Have been trying to call them all morning. Their phone system just keeps you on hold all the time. Pretty poor if they can’t even pick up the phone. Have found what I needed elsewhere.

I could not praise this business and it’s personnel more highly. After cracking the inner glass of my oven door just a few days before Christmas, not only did Linda organise an overnight courier so I could pick it up before the party we were hosting, but she didn’t even charge me for the service. I only paid for the product and even that was cheaper than the manufacturer’s direct website. Thank you so much for your generosity and 6 star service. If I could give you 6 starts I would. Merry Christmas to all of your amazing staff.

I have ordered parts for my washer a few times now and all I can say is the staff are very helpful making sure I got the right part and delivery was prompt and worry free .If you need parts for your machine give them a call they sent me a sms link with the right part and ordering details all too easy
