The service from Pago is exemplary. The gas lift in the drafting chair I bought from Officeworks failed after 3 years. Looking at getting a new one I noticed Pago's warranty period so sent off a quick email (not feeling very hopeful) In a short time I got a reply with directions what to do and am now sitting on the repaired chair less than a week later. My dealings with Kai were exceptional. Thank you for such wonderful service, a rare thing these days!

My Pago Sonic chair from Officeworks broke rendering it unusable. This is unfortunate as it is a really great chair. I feared the worst, so I reached out to Pago with the issue. They sent me replacement parts covered under warranty. The support from them is exemplary.

1-Every adjustable part of the chair rattles and annoys you when you move.2- The seat cushion is too stiff, not suitable for full day (even for couple of hours sitting).3- The so called synchronous seat adjustment is actually a limitation not a feature, you can not achieve optimum position.4- Too expensive, not value for a $400 price tag.

The customer service from Pago International was exceptional. I purchased a chair from Officeworks, and unfortunately it has an issue. I contacted Pago International offices by email and within hours had a response. In my experience the service has been prompt, professional and efficient. Pago International thank you for making what may have been difficult easy!
