The main thing that makes the residence good is the students. The people that run the place ruin the experience, and the cost of rent is around $300/week which is extreme.

It's a cozy place to stay and study. You can acquire and build relationships with international students who stay in this college. Two-term kinds are being offered; Short term and long-term. Long term stay with 9+ weeks is much lower than a short-term one. If you wanna get airport pickup, you should book 3+ weeks and give the staff your flight details through email. It is highly recommended for new International students to stay here to get the academic circumstance of CQUni.
