From the very beginning, I had a stressful time with Kate. I found her very difficult to get into contact with and when I did, I could never get a straight answer. I wasn't kept in the loop about my dress and what was going on with it until the very end and only after I had asked about it.I made the trip down to Melbourne from Wodonga to have my fitting, as I was told the week before that the dress was ready, only to make it down there and be told by the fitter chosen (who has nothing to do with Kate's business) that the dress never arrived. As I tried to contact Kate, again, she was hard to get a hold of and there was barely an apology about it still being in production.I organised another time to get it fitted and gave her the opportunity to tell me when she was able to drop it off that the fitters. She told me she forgot" to drop it off before my appointment

I was looking for a company that could design and make my dream wedding dress in a timely manner. Tight communication and professionalism was key in making the decision also. The dress the Ziva team made was exactly what I was after and added that extra confidence walking down the aisle. They were professional, communicated quickly and were affordable also.I was extremely happy with the final result and have had so many people comment on how stunning and well made it was.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom dress design.

Ziva Wedding Dresses made the Wedding dress of my dreams xBridal stores needed 6 months for a dress to be ordered and I was pregnant, so I found Ziva Wedding dresses to make my dress. I didn't have a chance to try on dresses in stores, so I sent images of dresses I liked to Ziva. Kate was truly amazing to work with. I found my dream dress within my budget at a bridal store in Brisbane, however, I wanted to add a little extra ~drama~ so I reached out to Kate to create a custom mikado overskirt. She was able to understand my vision to a tee and the skirt was absolutely perfect. My bridal look wouldn't have been complete without it. Thank you so much!

Kate was amazing. I contacted her three months out from my wedding with a dress dilemma and was looking to have a custom dress created at short notice. Of all the dressmakers & designers I reached out to, Kate was the most reasonably priced and was happy to take the project on given the time pressure. I married the man of my dreams in my dream dress.Kate from Ziva was amazing to deal with, keeping me in the loop at every step of the process.The measurement guide was user friendly and my dress fit perfectly needing no alterations.Ziva made the dress from a photo and it was exactly how I pictured it would be.The dress was made using high quality materials and the lace was almost an exact match to the lace in the photo given to Ziva.The dress was the perfect length and the train was beautiful and didn’t affect me walking down the isle or moving around the reception.The dress was so comfortable and I felt like a million dollars on our special day.I received so many compliments on the dress including my husband who was blown away.I can’t thank Ziva Wedding Dresses enough, I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable dream wedding dress.Thank you! xxx

Kate was amazing to work with. I sent her pictures of what me and my daughter were after and she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. She made all the planning via emails so smooth for me living in New Zealand and during strict covid restrictions. Our dresses arrived a week before my wedding but this was out of Kate's control and all due to the covid delays in Australia but once it arrived in Kates hands from the dressmakers, she shipped it out to me and I received the dresses the very next day.
