Management called and resolved issues immediately. I appreciate their effort to give great customer service.I joined Gym with manager Andrew and offered 30days free membership and 2 complementary PT sessions. However I have been charged from the day one and PT didn't want to be contacted by mobile phone when Mobile number was given to me on business card.So far I am not happy at all.

Pricing is high for a lack of a lot of machines and also a lot of old / worn items (machines, weights, accessories). The staff are nice and helpful.

All the machines are ancient they have the space just not the machines and its almost gauranteed one of the legs machine would be broken at any given time.

Snap Everton Park is hands down one of the best gyms that I have been to. All PT's are super friendly!Ryan, the gym manager is a very approachable manager and will always greet you with a smile when you enter the club.It's always good to see a gym manager so involved with the club as much as Ryan is & to be so invested in his members and making sure that everyone is happy.Would highly recommend this gym to other people.

Have attended snap fitness Everton park since 2012. It's a large gym with lots of equipment that's well maintained, not very often are you waiting for other people to finish. EP has great staff who are always welcoming. EP is always kept clean, especially the toilets and showers. I moved out of the area to Lutwyche and still choose to attend EP. Unfortunately the Lutwyche snap fitness is a fish bowl in comparison.

I’ve been coming here for years. The recent refurbishment to the club has been sensational - there’s so much more room to work out, there’s epic new equipment and I find you’re able to continue your workout even during crowded times. The whole team is pretty nice too!
