I was extremely nervous and get quite bad anxiety when visiting the dentist, I am new to the area and was booked in with Jade. From the moment I walked in they were excellent. I ended up having to have a wisdom tooth removed and the experience was actually not bad at all. Caring, compassionate and friendly staff. Jade and her dental nurse made me feel at ease and for the first time ever I would not hesitate to go back! Price was very reasonable as well.

Jason is amazing . He fixed my dads teeth with a lot of patients . Jason Has a very good customer manner and very companionate at his work . Thank you Jason for your awesome work on dads pearly smile . :)

I couldn't be happier with the service at Pullen Dental. All the staff I encountered were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The dentists are fantastic and provide quality care at an affordable price.

Went to Dr Phan for my routinely clean and check up and was extremely satisfied. Was very thorough, professional and overall great care was provided. It is hard to find this level of dental service anywhere and I will definitely be coming back for my next check up!! Highly recommended.

Jason and his team have been looking after me for the last 6 months and I can honestly say I've never had a more comfortable dental experience. Easy appointments and zero waiting time. Highly recommended.

Huge thanks to Dr Phan and the team, particularly dental assistants Paige and Jess. Everyone was warm, friendly and professional. I needed 5 fillings and some other work done and I am super happy with the results.

Several years ago I had a filling there and it was okay. Except I got stuck with a new girl who had no clue how to use the suction thing and stuck it everywhere but the right place. Because I have problems swallowing, that's really important. But I went there after that and saw a female. It was just to clean my teeth. I explained that I can't swallow properly, and that I need to sit forward to do so, and asked that if I tapped her arm, would she please stop. She agreed to this, and I said it might be a lot, and apologised in advance. It is not from nerves. I can't swallow food properly and can choke on even water or my own saliva on a bad day. So off we went. and I would last as long as I could until I had a pool of saliva in my throat, and I'd tap her arm and she'd stop. She also hit one tooth that just about sent me through the roof with pain, and I asked for some local anaesthetic on the gum before she resumed. She did this. That also didn't help my swallowing. Anyway, eventually, she got very impatient with me and humiliated me by saying couldn't I just wait until she finished. I wasn't putting it on, and it is a real problem, but this woman was inconvenienced by it, and took her irritation out on me. She was Indian as I recall. Given that all dentists charge like scrub bulls, especially in small towns, and I was a paying customer, the least I could expect is a job well done and courtesy. She lacked courtesy, and that is very bad in a professional. Because of her I will never go back to that clinic. I had also been quoted a particular price and it was much more expensive. Just in case they say nobody with my name ever went there, this is a tag name only. Happy to give my real name to anyone from there who is interested enough. (They won't be.)

I recently tried out Pullen Dental and had an amazing experience! Dr Jason Phan was very friendly, gentle and made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely thorough in his examination and cleaning and took the time to explain to me the best ways to improve my oral health. His team were also lovely, will definitely be returning as a regular patient!

Very professional dentists and staff, everyone was kind and accommodating to my needs. All my experiences at Pullen Dental has been great!
