Our charity chose Webcanny to do our website in 2020 because of their resonable prices, good communication skills and flexibility.In the past two years we have grown and wanted to upgrade to a more sophisticated website. Naturally we went back to Webcanny and are absolutely thrilled with the results.Our consultant Violet was so easy to get along with. She had masses of suggestions to help produce the look we wanted, while skilfully weaving our preferences into the overall design.For a very reasonable price we now have a highly professional and attractive looking website which looks fabulous. A website we are so proud of.

Violet was a great help keeping me accountable with content writing (though I probably drove her mad) and the end result is much better than I ever dared hoped for. We have 2 sites built the same time by WebCanny and one of these is an eCommerce site. For the last 6 months both of these sites have Malfunctioned, including failures at checkout because WebCanny have not built the back-end properly. Unfortunately WebCanny have not only failed to fix these faults but they also Fail to respond to our emails about these Malfunctions, leading to significant financial loss and them wasting many hours of our time. WebCanny are unreliable, & provide poor customer service.

I inherited the role of rejuvenating an old tired website, a site where there had been several attempts to bring it up to date. I am sure that Webcanny must have found great frustration in dealing with this process as it meandered along often taking two steps forward and one back, however, Webcanny provided a patient, considered and professional approach for us. Violet always very energetic and interested provided excellent communication. We are delighted at our newly updated website.

WebCanny all I can say is fantastic service. I needed changes to our Website on our Homepage and Contact Us page, upon sending an email requesting the changes, Nelson from WebCanny called me within an hour. I described the changes and they were done. I received an email and follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the changes. I wish all companies are so responsive to a clients needs and then follow up to make sure the client is satisfied with the work done.
