THE WORST!!They have ruined our whole day! I told them we only have a strict two hour window so they have to be at our house by 1pm and finished by 3pm! I waited 1.5hours and they never even called. I had to call them multiple times because they said they would call me back but they didn’t! Now I have to cancel the whole day’s plans! Now we have no bed or furniture! Plus the indian woman was rude to me in the phone with a bad attitude and tried to blame me for communication problems! Finally I had no choice but to cancel the job because they were so late!RUDE!LATE!NO COMMUNICATION!UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very bad service. They gave me a time slot of 11-1pm and arrived at 2:30pm. On asking why are you late, instead of helping me, the lady over the phone mentioned that if you cant wait you can cancel the moving and change your movers, leaving me with no choice but to use them as my whole schedule was messed around because of their delay. Also, they are expensive in price and there are hidden charges such as price excludes GST, $50 for stairs etc. Will never us them again.

Run the gauntlet if you wish.I had a booking for moving house on a Saturday made approx 3 weeks in advance. The booking was all confirmed with the removalist due to arrive at the pickup location between 11am and 1pm. On the day I received no contact from them until 2pm at which point they told me they had to cancel the job.Extremely frustrating to say the least.

I usually don’t like give bad rating but I am writing this review to report a terrible experience with this company.They committed to arrive today to move my house stuff to another house between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. While we were following up they said they will be on time. At 1:30 PM they called us and said their truck is broken and they cannot come. They left us behind in middle of no where. There is similar review posted by someone, I wish I could have read that. If you want a peace of mind never book a service with them. They are not reliable at all.

Two very small men, moving very heavy furniture is a concern? Furthermore, they said they would come back the next day to finish the move, but didn't show up or respond to messages, costing me thousands to re-book with a standard removalist. You get what you pay for I guess. Unprofessional.

READ the reviews first!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a young girl living alone and was meant to be out of my rental on Saturday, they were due to come between 1pm-3pm, I called at quarter past 3 and they said 'sorry not possible to come'. Absolutely atrocious. I had to pay Sunday rates to get another company to do the job. They offered to come on Sunday at a $5 discount?????????? Who knows if they would have even showed up? Disgusting. Should be put of of business.

My quote was actually a third of what I was charged. Then it was extra for heavy item, extra for upstairs, extra as they couldn't drive up the driveway, then gst if I paid by card. My expensive tall boy was damaged and my pool table damaged. Now I have sent many messages and no reply at all. So I will definitely take this further and definitely not recommend!!!

Booked in a move for Monday suppose to arrive 11.30. Didn’t contact us until 12.02 to cancel. Had to rearrange work schedule for the following day Tuesday between 1-3. Waiting around had to ring them to find out where they were and again they cancelled. Shoddy service. Wish we had read the reviews prior to trusting this company. As others have recently experienced these issues.All this was organised with the manager as well. No apologies for not following through and a minimal discount if we could do another time. Not sure how they have managed a 4 star rating if this is how they operate. If I could give them a no star rating I would.

Usually never post negative reviews but this experience really grinds my gears. Put us out two days in a row...cancelled with no notice the first day then 'forgot' to book us in the second day after rescheduling. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS!!This business is run by very charming, sly and dishonest people!!!Their rates sound great but there are soo many hidden costs that you are unaware till you receive your bill. I rang the manager to discuss and it was like talking to a brick wall...and after hearing my description of he and his company's deception and dishonesty, he had the hide to be sure to him when we next needed to move!!!???
