I have had both some very good and some bad experiences with turning point/Wellington house over some 20+ years.I suspect if the government gave a bit more in funding they could answer the phones as I've seen I'm not the only one to find no one answering phones and was told they may be with clients or something.When you are vulnerable and at a low point it makes you feel more hopeless and disconnected when you can't get through to the first port of call regarding addressing serious and scary life threatening addictions.I hope things can be addressed with this as its disheartening trying to deal with this in the public system when its literally your only 'go to' place and the phone keeps ringing out :((
