Very helpful and put my screen protector on without me even having to ask

A Asian man helped me to fix my broken screen iPhone with reasonable price. The service is good. I saw many previous bad reviews here, they may had changed the service employee when I visited there yesterday.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!! I REPEAT - DO NOT DO IT!!If I could give them zero I would. Paid $160 to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. The first replacement screen was yellow and discoloured. The guy tried to compare his 'original' iPhone 8 screen saying that it was the same as my new screen - it was very clear his was a replacement screen. I wanted a refund since it was discoloured, which they wouldn't give me. So they replaced it with another screen - which then ended up causing my Apple Pay to STOP WORKING, my screen WOULDN'T respond, the screen kept going BLACK and FREEZING. The issues with my screen kept happening IN FRONT of the staff and they STILL REFUSED to acknowledge it! 2 hours later, now back with my original cracked screen (which I can clearly tell is a different quality to their replacement one) and have booked in an appointment with Apple. Wow what a learning experience

Absolutely disguisting staff, rude and horrible. Sold me a screen protector which cracked without anything being done to it after 1 week. Refused to change or call their manager/boss

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE.Was told 160 with free screen protector. Came back two weeks later she was trying to change me $160 plus another $10 for the screen protector. Fixed my screen on my iphone 7. Screen was no longer vibrant but a dull green and NO longer responded to the buttons I was pressing. Went back and was told that it's to be expected because its not genuine apple product.Came back a week later and was told my phone had been dropped too many times that's why my glass was sticking out. Had no prior issues before getting my screen fixed.3rd time lucky after contacting the ACCC for advice they offered to replace my screen. Daniel store worker is completely rude and the girl both choose to speak in their own language in front of you, while they're obviously making up more BS to blame the customer. DO NOT GO HERE.

My Dad had a cracked screen, went to this place to get it fixed. Came back and picked it up but the phone wasn't working properly so they kept it for further repairs. He returned again and the guy told him that while trying to repair it he had broken it completely and wiped it. He gave my dad a terrible replacement phone that doesn't work properly, with much lower storage and told Dad sorry but guess all your stuff is gone. The guy also said there was no hope of it being able to be fixed by Apple, but he could try and get one of their 'technicians' to do some further repairs. They kept the phone overnight, my Dad came back to get the phone to see if Apple could do anything. The man hands him back half a phone and says sorry the rest of it was thrown out. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars I would.

You are better off flushing the toilet down the drain then buy anything from here. Bought a screen protector which started peeling off with in 24 hours and started cracking as well. No other physical damage on the device that can explain it. Went to show it to the store and person at the counter wouldn't even discuss and said to take issue to fair trading. Unable to provide manufacturers details either so i could raise the issue directly.

Don't even deal with them! I bought a screen protector and it's not even a week and it came off and broke my phone. The stupid dodgy guy refused to fix it without me paying for it. Waste of money, waste of time and you will be making it worse for yourself. I hope they shut this place down! You're better of going on Ali Baba or ebay, much cheaper and at least they will refund you if there's something wrong with it! I REALLY HOPE THIS PLACE SHUTS DOWN! KARMA will get you!!

Total Rip off place. I paid $50 in haste for ceramic screen protector ( due to ignorance) as I really wanted to protect my new phone. Only to reliase later that I've been overcharged. Costs less than 10 bucks on Amazon & the bloke never showed me the brand he used.

They tried to repair my cracked screen on the phone and broke the home button and than blamed it on me claiming it was already broken. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
