Our girl been going to this kennel for many many years and I have always found it great.Our sheppard Boussa breaks her neck to get in there, so she has to be happy there, and she is never in a hurry to come home, we are extremely fussy and it's great to know we can trust this boarding kennel. Staff are great as well. Thank you .

I have left my cat, Shakti, here many times over the past five years. The staff are always very warm, friendly and accommodating. I recently arrived back from Victoria and had to go into isolation so couldn't pick her up from the kennels and this was not a problem. Delivery was organised that day for a reasonable fee, which was a huge help. Shakti is always really calm and happy when I take her her and pick her up. I highly recommend this service.

Angry and sad. I paid the extra for the luxury stay, so my large dog would be comfortable. After 4 days, we picked him up. He had lost so much weight, he was smelly and he had blood and sores on his nose from trying to escape. He was cleary very distressed by this stay. He has stayed in other kennels many times before and never ever have we had this happen. If you love your pet, I suggest you think carefully before placing them here.

Great place to leave your pets. When picking our pets up they always come up wanting to go straight back in, which shows us they love staying at the kennels.

They are the best. I have a dog who is anxious, he went through trauma and can get aggressive towards strangers. They listened to my story kindly and gave him a chance. After his trauma, it’s really hard for me to get time off with my family and leave my dog behind. But they made me feel relaxed and enjoyed my family trip. They could’ve just rejected him, but they were beyond and above and my dog was fine. I really appreciate it. They not just know about dogs but have also the touch with them. I highly recommend this place.
